STRENGTH
Revolve Strength is designed to build muscle through hypertrophy focused training, using controlled, progressive overload techniques. Each different class incorporates weight training with moderate to heavy resistance, higher rep ranges, and time under tension to stimulate muscle growth and improve overall strength.
